- DMDarlene Mulligan1 day ago3.0Took about 10 minutes to be seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant. Food took about 1/2 hour to come, which is exceptionally long for a Swiss Chalet. Another table that had been seated AFTER we had ordered got their food before ours finally came. Server and hostess extended apologies for all the delays.

- GMGary May4 days ago5.0We ate as a couple here tonight as we needed a quick bite. We ate at about 6:45 pm. The quarter chicken and cheese burger was well cooked, hot and delicious. The interior was nice and the bathroom was clean. Our server Ethan was great and shared a joke. I would recommend this Swiss Chalet location

We went to the restaurant and stood of the hose stand for about two or three minutes and nobody came to greet us so I went to the takeout area asked for a table some girl pointed to somebody. I went around to the other side still, nobody was there. So Swiss Chalet in the south end of Guelph lost two guests today and we ended up going somewhere else. Where was the general manager? Nobody was in the dining room room not one person that works and there were a bunch of tables dirty so it didn’t look like anybody was doing anything
