  Be cautious when ordering from this location. I ordered a Rotisserie Chicken footlong, and the chicken was noticeably slimy. After looking into it, this can be a sign that the chicken is spoiled. I initially thought it might just be one section, but after trying the other half, it was the same—so it was clearly not my imagination. I’m a regular Subway customer and typically order either the Black Forest Ham or Rotisserie Chicken, so I’m very familiar with how it should taste and feel. This was not normal. I brought the issue to the counter, and while they did replace the sandwich with a Black Forest Ham, they refused to refund the $3 price difference and instead offered a cookie as compensation. The staff member was unapologetic, and the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. I’m concerned about potential food safety issues and hope I don’t get sick from this experience. Unfortunately, I will be avoiding this location moving forward due to what appears to be poor health and safety standards. I will also be escalating this matter to head office. This occurred Mar 29 between 1:45pm and 2:45pm.

  Went at 8pm and the lady told us that we couldn’t get the subs toasted because she cleaned it for the night, and the closing time is 9pm! Wasted my time and fuel for nothing.

  The employee there didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. My first time getting a bowl and she gave me 1 scoop of rice, then another lady, who’s punching in the order, asks her if I got 4 scoops or 2, which I assume is the normal amount. But while she was making my order told me it will be extra for more rice, so I just got 1 scoop thinking it was the regular amount at that time. How does that make sense?? Plus she was very stingy with the veggies, grabbing very small handfuls. Majority of the lettuce was turning red and looked old and I got less than a tablespoon of cheese in my bowl. The amount of food I got was not worth the price.
