    My friend and I came into this subway around 9:15. There was an Indian woman serving us. From the second we walked into the restaurant, she gave us dirty looks and was rude the whole time. Maybe saying 4 words total to both of us. She was rude about the toppings, rude about the type of sandwich we wanted. After finishing our food we went back in to ask for her name to write the review and she asked why. I told her her attitude was absolutely atrocious and she started arguing saying “we were the problem and we had an attitude” (we didn’t) This is absolutely not ok and she needs to be fired immediately - especially considering how many bad reviews there are about her and the service. If she wants to have a bad attitude don’t work in customer service.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered two 6-inch veggie patty subs assuming they would be priced the same as a single footlong, since it’s essentially the same quantity and I just wanted them packed separately. Instead of guiding the customer or clarifying this upfront, I was charged nearly double without any explanation. This feels completely misleading and unfair. Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. Even after confronting I was blamed for it.

    This is honestly the best Subway in Guelph! Brenda, who works there, is absolutely amazing. She’s always so sweet, welcoming, and has the best energy. Every time I come in she’s smiling and it honestly lifts my whole day. She makes the experience feel so friendly and positive, and you can tell she really cares about the customers. The service is always great and the food is consistently good. Brenda is a big reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

    I’ve been a regular customer at this Subway location for about 1.5 years and generally have had a good experience. Tonight around 9:15 PM, I placed a larger order that included 7 Veggie Patty footlongs and 1 Chicken footlong. While the subs were being prepared, I noticed that gloves were not changed between handling vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, and the same knife was used to cut both types. For customers with dietary restrictions or allergies, cross-contamination is a serious concern. I also want to mention that I’ve only noticed this issue with one specific employee. I haven’t experienced this with other staff members at this location. I’m sharing this respectfully because I value this store and would like to see consistent food safety standards maintained. I hope management can reinforce proper procedures to ensure all customers feel comfortable ordering here. Thank you.
