All Guelph mcds the same, why when ordering a mac no lettuce EVERYONE adds a ton of extra sauce making it ridiculous to eat.

Horrible, everytime I come here something is always missing, today March 12 came here at 8:30 pm, order 3 burger meals (burger drink and fries) and didn’t bother to check the bag because why should I, got home and guess what! No fries in the bag! Also everytime I come there i never get a receipt since the printers are always empty.

Yea, dont order online from this location if your a sauce person because this is now the 5th time ive ordered from them and they "forgot" my sauce. WE PAY FOR THE SAUCES NOW THERES NO EXCUSE!! Forgive me if its upsetting that majority of my food isn't enjoyable due to the fact that Its dry and I have nothing to dip anything into...REPEATEDLY

How hard is it to get a simple order right? This is TWICE now, the first time i asked for a sprinkle cookie and a smores cookie and i was given a chocolate chip instead of smores and the second time i ask for sprinkle and smores then i get to the food window and they waited to tell me they dont have smores so i asked for 2 sprinkle cookies and AGAIN ended up with 1 sprinkle and 1 chocolate chip
I am officially done with this location. This morning was the 5th time I’ve been told to wait in "parking spot one," and it was the final straw.
In the past, I’ve waited only to receive a completely wrong order (a plain bagel with a hash brown on it instead of a bacon and egg sandwich). Today, I ordered a large black coffee, a sausage/bacon/egg wrap (no mayo, add ketchup), a hash brown, and a chocolate milk.
After paying immediately, I was sent to the waiting spot without even being given my drinks. After waiting 12–15 minutes with no service, I drove back around to the window. The staff seemed confused. When I asked to just take my coffee and leave so I wouldn't be late for work, I was told to "wait" again because of hash browns.
I ended up leaving without my meal just so I could get to work. If there is a 15-minute wait for a hash brown, customers need to be told before they pay. It doesn't take an advanced degree to communicate wait times or assemble a basic sandwich correctly. I expect better.
