  Amazing experience, well listening and the place was Clean. My fist experience at Guelph. I like vose the new place around Ontario area. And this KFC spot was ideal for my lunch time. Keep going 💪

  My wife ordered a bunch of food through uber eats. We didn't receive the mega fries and we didn't receive any dips, which was the whole point of ordering from kfc. When I called the restaurant, the manager flat out denied that the fries were missing, but readily admitted to not including any dips and openly admitted that they make mistakes like this all the time. Those are literally his words. He thinks the bag of dips were taken to another location and that the mega fries went missing between the restaurant and my home. He simply said to get a refund from uber, dodging any responsibility. A refund does not get us the food we delivered. I offered to go to the restaurant to pick up the missing items we paid for and asked them to refund the delivery fee, since I'd have to go back and get the order I paid to have delivered. They refused. They did absolutely nothing to resolve or correct their mistakes. We're expected to pay $18.15 / hour minimum wage on April 1st to people too incompetent to remember fries and dip. How hard is that to do? How difficult of a task is it to include all the purchased items in the bag? This isn't a rhetorical question. I'd like to actually sit down with an intelligent representative of kfc to explain to me in plain English why this level of embarrassingly inept service and work ethic is allowed to continue. How can any of you be proud of the tragic decline of quality in the intelligence and capabilities of your staff?

  We placed an order through Uber Eats and did not get half our order. When we called the store location, they were not helpful at all. We did not get a refund, nor did we get the food items we ordered. The manager even said that it happens often that they mess up orders. So please tell me why we are paying astronomical prices for shitty service? Minimum wage is going up to $18.15/hour on April 1st, you'd think that people would be able to manage a simple order. What has this country come to????? KFC SUCKS!!!

  Even with only one other customer I had to wait 15 min for 4 chicken strips. Wendy's right next door would get it done in 1 min

  Terrible service. Had to go back multiple times to pay because they didn’t give us our full order.
