  Came here to celebrate our children’s birthday —pretty disappointed. The service was especially bad. We waited for our food an awfully long time, when the kids food finally came, it had tomatoes on it. Why would you have fresh diced tomatoes on top of an Alfredo sauce pasta? Our children are allergic to tomatoes. One meal did not come out till others at the table had eaten half of theirs. The server did not bring any Parmesan to the table for the kids who ordered pasta, and when we asked for it she said she would be right back, but forgot and busied herself at the bar with other things. ….The manager came out —we asked him for it. He told the waitress, but it took so long to get by the time she came back 2 children had finished their meals and one who waited —their food was cold.. She only came back with one small serving sauce cup —so the other two could not have any anyway. We asked to start with water, but she never came back to offer refills or ask if we wanted drinks. She never came back to check on us and barely spoke when she was there. We all sat with empty glasses. And since the food took so long there was nothing to drink when we got it. We could not see our waitress to ask for drinks. Our half of the restaurant was empty. We wanted to take a photo of all of us but the waitress could not be found. We ultimately took a selfie but had to clear all of our dishes from the table ourselves to do so. Perhaps for the staff it was a relaxed night as the restaurant was empty, but since they had so few customers you would think that would give the more time to be attentive to their guests. We did give an appropriate tip — but the service wasn’t great. So sorry to have to write this.

  Disappointed with our experience tonight. My husband and I have been vegetarian for 10 years and tonight he ordered the harvest burger and it was served with beef patties. Luckily the server (who was lovely) caught this and immediately took away the burger. However he was left waiting for his food while I ate with our son. The veggie burger arrived and he did get to finally eat. We were charged for this burger though and we feel that their effort to remedy this was lacking and we were shocked to still see this full priced on our bill.

  Casey is a wonderful person, organized, efficient and very accommodating. She checked in several times to make sure we were doing ok. She responded to All of our requests with a smile and warm comment. Very personable , always pleasant and organized and also has a warm sense of humour. She made our dinner experience!! Thank you to Casey for being awesome! Alice and Bob

  Stopped by Kelseys Original Roadhouse for lunch and tried their Caesar Chicken Wrap. It was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. The chicken was juicy, the Caesar dressing had a great balance, and the wrap was nicely packed with crisp lettuce and toppings. A really satisfying lunch option! 🌯🥗 Definitely a great pick if you’re looking for something light but filling.

  Tried the new Tandoori Salmon Bowl at Kelsey’s today and it was absolutely delicious! 🔥🐟 The salmon was perfectly cooked with rich tandoori flavours, and the bowl was fresh, filling, and beautifully balanced. Big compliments to the chef for creating such a flavorful dish! Lucy did wonderful job. If you’re visiting Kelseys Original Roadhouse, this bowl is definitely worth trying. Highly recommend! 👏
