  took over 30 minutes in store waiting for 3 peice chicken fingers. Was not busy. This was the worst customer service of all time. Except way better for bare minimum absolutely terrible experience.

  I spent up to 30 dollars and I like the flavour but the Chicken wings were not cooked properly. I could see the skin and everything.

  I honestly don’t know what all the HYPE is about — and believe me, I wanted to like it!!! I ordered the 10-pc combo, expecting something BIG, something BOLD, a Red Rockets–level EXPERIENCE — great breading, lots of sauce, LARGE wings. That’s what was promised. That’s what I expected. What did I get? AVERAGE wings. Very average. Not tossed in sauce — which is a problem. Not crispy. Not even close. The garlic parm wings? The parm was barely there, mostly just sitting on the top wings, and the rest were COMPLETELY missing breading. Just gone. Unacceptable. And let’s talk about the FRIES — because WOW, just WOW!!! These were not just salty — they were EXTREMELY, INSANELY salty. WAY too salty. Historic levels of salt. Almost COMPLETELY inedible. I like seasoning — everyone likes seasoning, seasoning is great — but this wasn’t seasoning, this was a SALT DISASTER. Out of control, badly managed, totally unacceptable. Honestly, someone lost control of the salt shaker, and it shows. I heard SO MANY people talking about this place — saying it was amazing, saying it was worth it — and I was ready to pay the PREMIUM price. No problem. But now? Now I have to seriously reevaluate who I listen to, because I don’t think I can ever fully trust someone who recommended this place to me EVER AGAIN!!! Come here if you want OVERPRICED, flabby, SMALL, tasteless, depressing wings. That’s the deal. I will NEVER be coming back, and frankly, I EXPECT a FULL REFUND!!! THANK YOU for your ATTENTION to this VERY IMPORTANT MATTER!!!

  Order Uber Eats here tonight Feb 3rd, and they literally gave my uber order to the wrong driver. When I asked for help, the workers were SO unhelpful, first employee said that it wasn’t him but his shift leader, then the shift leader was even worse. Couldn’t even own up to their own mistake. Wingstop is NOTORIOUS for horrible service and management with Uber Eats, and funny enough before I ordered I thought to myself “ I know the past 5 times I’ve order Uber Eats I’ve had issues, but I’m really craving the tenders” and my room mates joked how they were on the phone with them last month because of how long they took for their food. The whole franchise does not care for their online food service and I would HIGHLY recommend to not eat there. Incompetent staff.

  Wanted to try the food, heard about it. Son and his girlfriend ordered online and picked up the food for all 4 of us, chicken tenders for all of us and fries. Got the food at home and immediately everyone commented on the terrible salty taste of both the tenders and fries. I managed to eat one of my 4 tenders and 5 french fries and threw everything in the garbage. My wife tried to eat her tenders and fries and managed to eat one also and tried the fries and spat it out. All the food was so heavily laden with salt it was inedible without our blood pressure hitting the roof. All the food went where it belonged, in the garbage. Tried calling the number online about 50 times, every time it was busy. Would not recommend this restaurant if they can’t even cook fries and tenders without emptying a bucket of salt on the food. Disgusting. Oh and get a phone number that people can actually call so I sent an email to the requested site and the Update is that 1 week later and 2 more emails and no one has gotten back to me. They answer their emails like they answer there phones, that would be never. Wow love the customer service
