I know it can take a while due to the high volume of in-person takeout and online orders however it took over 30 mins to receive 1 order of soup. I saw plenty of people who ordered full meals after me but got their orders before me. They didn't even start my order until I actually requested an update even then it took another 10 min for them to hand me my order. Very disappointed.
