The ceasar salad had no dressing on it It was a birthday dinner and it was a bad experience Best part was with family The chef needs to learn how to cook My family will never go back to that swiss chalet

She was really good with us and polite. She welcomed us with smile and she gave some excellent tips for ordering food. We will definitely go there again. It was also my birthday so it was a nice surprise to get a free desert. Tiffany was so sweet and kind and her service was on par to none other. Thanks for a great night!

I Ordered 2 chicken parm classics and they forget the pasta??? It was a piece of chicken in a cardboard box. Tried calling 10 separate times and no one would pick up the phone. ***Just to add an update for anyone else who is reading the reviews, I was offered $20 in store credit which doesn't cover the cost of one of the chicken parm meals they messed up!
