At every other Subway location, they provide it without any issue and without any extra charge. But at this location, the staff clearly refused to give it, even after I offered to pay extra if needed. The behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I also get my sub grilled every day, but here they refused that as well, saying they don’t have a griller. It really feels like this location follows its own private rules instead of standard Subway policies. On top of that, I noticed that some of the veggies looked spoiled and not fresh at all. Even the sub they prepared was not made properly — the ingredients were unbalanced and the overall quality was poor. The customer service was disappointing, the food quality was below standard, and the staff did not seem interested in serving customers properly. I will never visit this location again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
