Before taking the order, the staff member informed us that the toaster was no longer available as it had already been shut down for cleaning. When we mentioned that the closing time is listed as 11:00 PM, she explained that the machine needed to be cleaned and would not be used again for the night. Since we did not want an untoasted sub, we were unable to place our order despite the store still being open.
