  I’ve been a regular customer at this Subway location for about 1.5 years and generally have had a good experience. Tonight around 9:15 PM, I placed a larger order that included 7 Veggie Patty footlongs and 1 Chicken footlong. While the subs were being prepared, I noticed that gloves were not changed between handling vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, and the same knife was used to cut both types. For customers with dietary restrictions or allergies, cross-contamination is a serious concern. I also want to mention that I’ve only noticed this issue with one specific employee. I haven’t experienced this with other staff members at this location. I’m sharing this respectfully because I value this store and would like to see consistent food safety standards maintained. I hope management can reinforce proper procedures to ensure all customers feel comfortable ordering here. Thank you.

  As someone who has frequented Subway's for years, my experience brought by Sahil this evening has changed the way I'll approach my enjoyment of sandwiches for as long as I reside here. My friends and I had arrived late after work and were met with a smile and outgoing service that you wouldn't expect after midnight on a Thursday. Thanks to Sahil, anytime I find myself hungry for Subway I'll have to seriously consider heading to this location for the possibility to get another amazing experience.
