The two guest wanted to sit down and the worker had politely informed them that the dining room part of the restaurant was closed. She explained to them almost 3 times that she has to start her close an hour earlier before their actual close time. This guest was nothing but rude and disrespectful towards her when she tried explaining over and over again. I wanted to leave a review to let her know she did a great job in dealing with the guest and she did everything right. It’s unbelievable the way some people think they can treat others!! (whom are working till 12am on THANKSGIVING)

When we politely asked for her name, she refused and said, “None of your business.” Very unprofessional behavior and disappointing experience.
