- DMDon-Chris Martin3 days ago3.0Went to Stone Road location, tonight (Jan9th) at 5:20,pm and got the WORST service ever from here. I asked for the footlong bread not to be crunchy, and the girl behind the counter said she will cut the ends off. I said no, I just want the bread to be soft. The girl also told me we could not have extra tomatos or onions without extra cost. I said aren't the toppings are free, she started arguing with us. Then when she finally put 4 extra slices of tomatos on the blt, she got snippy and grunted uh huh..yup.. what else...we got 3 subs, and 1 was to be toasted and it wasn't...she just wrapped them, and when we asked for a bag to pit the 3 subs in, she just handed the bag to my husband. We go here every Friday, and NEVER received such RUDENESS. I will NOT be returning to this location.

Even though it was my first visit, she treated me exceptionally well. She was very welcoming, patient, and kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. Her experience clearly shows in the way she works—confident, efficient, and attentive to detail. She took the time to listen to my order and ensured everything was prepared perfectly. What stood out the most was her positive attitude and warmth. It’s rare to see someone with so many years of service still showing such genuine care for customers. Brenda’s dedication and professionalism reflect a strong work ethic, and Subway is truly fortunate to have her. This first visit left a great impression, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Brenda, for such excellent customer service!

Kulbir was an amazing sandwich artist, he was super friendly, attentive, and absolutely nailed my order. The sandwich looked perfect and tasted even better. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work, and it makes the whole experience next level. This location is doing everything right. 100% coming back again.
