  The only reason I’m giving this place 5 stars is because of one specific staff member. Been going to this subway for quite a few years, since I was in high school even and let me tell you never before have I been this satisfied with my service. I was having a relatively difficult day. I went to this location in the evening approximately 20 minutes before close. There was one worker, and let me tell you, she made the experience amazing. She was so kind, very enjoyable to talk to even though it was so so late she did not make the sandwich sloppy, it was so well made, delicious and her attitude despite working all day was was just 10/10. Simmi thank you for giving your absolute full effort into what you do! You are an amazing, hard working person and you deserve only the best!

  Great service provided by the staff. . The staff was super friendly and give the best services by the employees and helping me for chosing the toppings for the veg sub. Highly recommended.

  October 10, 2025 I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway located in Clairfields, Guelph. Two girls were working at the time, and their customer service was extremely poor. We ordered two 6-inch subs and listed the vegetables we wanted. Without asking us about sauces, one of the staff members started wrapping the subs. When we reminded her that she hadn’t added any sauces, she replied, “You should have said that first,” and then unwrapped the sub and added a sauce of her own choice. When we told her it wasn’t what we wanted, she began scraping the sauce off with a knife and asked, “What sauce do you want?” It was shocking and unprofessional. This makes me question whether proper training is given to staff before they’re put in charge of orders. Overall, a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

  SOS — DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!! The staff here are unbelievably rude. Every time we walk in, it looks like a car just drove through the place, since apparently every day is a bad day for them. They act like someone’s forcing them to work at gunpoint, because why else are they so miserable? So many rude and passive-aggressive responses to me and my family/friends. And every single time I ask for extra cheese or sauce, they repeat over and over: “Are you sure? That costs extra.” Like, yes, I’m sure...that's why I asked...why are YOU paying for it?? Speaking of money, why are their prices so inflated? My same order costs $8 at every other Subway, but here it’s $12. Make it make sense. Oh, and let’s not even start on the hygiene. We’ve caught them multiple times not changing gloves between touching meat and other ingredients. Total health code violation. Stop giving lousy stores business, especially this one, and actually, it looks like they would enjoy no one coming in. They never want to do the job they willingly signed up for, anyway.
