The past few times I've visited, a lot of the lettuce was brown and you could tell that some of the ingredients weren't the freshest. As well, I've noticed that the portions seemed smaller when compared to other locations, specifically for the bowls. The employees are friendly and patient, however the food quality is not the greatest.

We are asked to select a time slot because it’s important to have the food ready in time. People have places to be and you can’t even have something ready on time. 5-7 mins is understandable, things happen. But 20-30 mins late? You really need to improve your customer service experience. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. If you’re going to use the excuse that you get delivery orders and app orders, the “sandwich artists” were not occupied making anyone else’s order. In fact, another customer was irate about their order also not being prepared in time. At least have some service skills to communicate with customers. Things really need to change here
