  We used Platters Catering for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend. Everything was good but I have to deduct one star due to the Caprese salad. A few guests made observations that it was two very thin and limp slices of tomatoes with two tiny slices of mozzarella cheese and a couple of basil leaves. When I saw it myself I was appalled and couldn’t understand what they were serving. Like I said, the rest of the food was excellent but you should improve the Caprese salad. It did look really sad. Instead of two thin slices of tomatoes, make it four and a little thicker, also use the bigger mozzarella cheese. The pic I have attached does not reflect the salad served to us, it reflects what it should look like.

  We used Platters Catering & Events for our corporate retreat this week and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and generously portioned—great value for money. The team was professional, punctual, and attentive to our needs throughout the event. From planning to execution, everything was seamless. Highly recommended for any corporate or special occasion.

  John was wonderful to deal with, so quick with his responses and figured all of our rentals for our wedding out for us, and the food was great! I would recommend platters to anyone looking for wedding catering!
