  Ordered online and prepaid. Went to the restaurant to pick up and they were CLOSED! I've called KFC customer service and they said that the refund will be processed and it never did. The store said they refunded the money the next day but they didn't. KFC customer service is unable to help me because its a franchise and the owner is responsible for refunds. I've been calling for a month to get a status update on my refund and they keep telling me that it has been escalated and someone will call me back but they never do. ONE MONTH LATER AND STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK! This store is a SCAM! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. STOLE MY MONEY! KFC CANADA CAN'T HELP! Had to dispute it with the credit card company to get my money back. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  This has to be the worst run KFC I’ve ever seen. Parking lot looks like it’s never been plowed. Ordered ahead took me 20 minutes to get there and still waited 15 minutes in the store. Only 2 staff.

  Honestly really bad experience. Ordered through the KFC app at 7:50 pm and got there around 8:05 pm since it said it would be ready soon. Went inside and the workers were just chatting with people that looked like their friends and our order clearly wasn’t even started yet. I asked if it was ready and they said “4 minutes.” That turned into way longer because they kept chatting and only started making it after everyone left. Ended up waiting about 15 more minutes. We ordered combo meals and when we tried to get drinks there was no ice at around 8:15 pm, even though the store doesn’t close until 10 pm. We left and when we got home my husband noticed the burgers were missing from the bag. We drove back right away and got there around 8:37 pm. The employee basically shrugged it off and said he didn’t notice the burgers were part of the order. No apology, no refund, nothing. He was already acting like he was closing the store early and just handed us the burgers and waved us away. Very frustrating and disappointing. Definitely not the service you expect. I would give zeros stars ⭐️ if I could.

  I ordered delivery but it’s been more than 1 hour the status is still cooking??? I called the store countless time but nobody picked up the phone, I can’t even cancel the order due to that! Why you don’t answer the phone! Terrible service!!!
