My girlfriend and I went through the drive thru with 2 orders. Taking our orders and payment went smoothly and we parked in a spot across from the drive thru window. The worker stuck her head out of the window and asked, “can you come get the food? Or else I have to bring it.” Unbelievable and highly unprofessional. The point of a drive thru is that you don’t have to get out of your car to get your food. We waited a long time and food was lukewarm. I won’t be eating from here again

I placed an online order for two twisters I asked them to cook freshly the man incharge was extremely rude and hostile told me to wait 30 minutes and then come back. When I asked him why it takes that long I am not ordering a bucket he said he won't make it before 30 minutes. I have never encountered such a rude person in a QSR. I don't plan on visiting this location in the future. Their customer service is abysmal.

The staff working the night shift, both the girl and the guy, were very rude during my visit. On top of that, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes just to get a food, which is really disappointing. I hope the management looks into improving both customer service and efficiency during night hours.

One of the worst experience at this location. If they can’t afford enough staff to run the business they should do something else instead of wasting their customers time. Every time more than expected waiting time on drive thru or pick up.
