  Nikki was an amazing server. Best server I’ve had is while, and was very kind and went over the top to make our experience amazing. Will definitely be returning soon. I got the beef tacos and were absolutely amazing.

  I have a great experience at the Kelsey’s at 124 Woodlawn Rd. Sarah C. was out waiting and she was phenomenal. Supper helpfully, very friendly and kind and made sure me and my partner have everything we needed and more. She made sure we left satisfied not only with our food b her the experience. If we are ever back in Guelph we would definitely return good was amazing and more importantly Sarah was a great waiter!

  Server wasn't rude but was far from enthusiastic, and it wasnt because they were overly busy. Had to ask for cutlery and water. Ceasar was mostly ice. Paid extra for ground beef on nachos but there was barely any and the cheese was burnt. Clearly they were broiled too long. Had the salmon. Looked nothing like the menu image and was way overcooked and dry. Not a good experience at all considering the cost.

  ​I’d like to provide feedback on our dining experience from December 29th. We were a group of four, and unfortunately, the Rigatoni pasta with shrimps did not meet expectations, it was quite dry, lacked sauce, and the pasta itself was undercooked and didn't taste good.

  My partner and i visited kelseys and left very disappointed. We ordered wings and nachos, with two wing flavours: Cajun and Hot Honey. We have had the Hot Honey wings at other Kelsey’s locations before, so we know how they are supposed to taste. Unfortunately, the “Hot Honey” wings tasted like straight hot sauce. Very tangy, no sweetness at all, and absolutely no hint of honey. After trying to get our server’s attention for quite some time with no success, we stopped another server to explain the issue. Before we even finished explaining, he immediately agreed and said, “Yes, this looks like hot sauce,” and offered to get us the correct Hot Honey wings. A few minutes later, the chef who prepared the wings came out and insisted that what we were served was Hot Honey and nothing else. Instead of fixing the issue, he argued with us, despite us clearly explaining that we have had this flavour at other Kelsey’s locations and it tasted completely different. There was no effort to make it right. Just an unnecessary and unprofessional discussion. At that point, we refused replacements because the situation had already been handled so poorly. Our original server never returned to check on us, didn’t ask how our food was, and didn’t acknowledge the issue at all. We eventually had to get up and call her over just to pay our bill so we could leave. The nachos were also very disappointing, bland, tasteless, and essentially just corn chips (which were overbaked and stuck to the baking sheet) with a pile of lettuce thrown on top. Overall, this location delivered extremely poor service and subpar food. Service was easily a 0/10. This was a very frustrating experience, and we will not be returning to this Kelsey’s location. Kitchener and waterloo are much much better!
