  We came in last night after failing to lock down a reservation anywhere else in town, and man this place was packed. We were prepared to wait for a table and had low expectations when we saw the line up out the door. We sat at the bar and the bartenders greeted us immediately. They quickly got us drinks and recommended Kelsey’s famous spinach dip while we waited for our table. These girls were so friendly and fun to interact with, even though they were running off their feet! We ended up staying in the bar and had a great time. Great job Kelsey’s! Impeccable service for such a busy Saturday night. We will definitely be back.

  Nikki was our server and she made sure we were well taken care of. We haven't been to this restaurant for a while as we are visiting the area. Their menu is awesome! Everything we tried was at least as good as the picture. Definitely one of our favourite restaurants!

  Nikki was EXCELLENT! We had such attentive service. Our food was quick but done perfectly. I had the steak, shrimp, and loaded potato and I was impressed with the freshness of the vegetables. There’s a bunch of options to choose from and my family enjoyed everything. Highly recommend for a visit.

  Let me preface this by saying the service was absolutely perfect! The staff are very kind and welcoming, and remembered unconditionally large orders from our table. The atmosphere was also great, the lights were dimmed just right, and the music was not too loud. The food, however, was -- and I don't usually complain about this -- way too cold. Like the molten chocolate lava cake I ordered, which also had no chocolate on the inside, and had bits of ice on the inside. Bleh. With our salad, every mouthful we had was chalked full of sauce, and was so drowned in it we couldn't even finish. The portions are ridiculously small for the price (the appetizer portions, especially). The cookie ice cream sandwich dessert had stale-tasting, hard and cold cookies, which was fairly heartbreaking. I would recommend going here to drink; if anything. Their beer is ok

  HORRIBLE!!! where do i even begin? hmm let’s see. maybe that we were seated at 4:30 (30 mins before happy hour ends) and didn’t get any service until 5 minutes before happy hour ended. the lady comes up to us saying have we been helped? and asking if we’ve seen our server (Hint: NO!!). i than ask what is happy hour apps, and she says it’s too late to order happy hour apps. after a bit of arguing we were able to order the chicken bites for $10 apps. ALSO, this lady was so fast and so sarcastic. like i asked what apps for happy hour and she said chicken bites, which i didn’t want so she’s like “you wasted my time and didn’t even get apps”. like?? also my one friend ordered an app and didn’t get to order a main because our server was so fast and rushing us. we got our food relatively quickly, and my burger was made wrong. big surprise. i just picked off what i asked not to be on the burger. not once do we see our sever, or even a server check on us as a matter of fact. i had to wave down a server just to get a refill and for my friend to order her main. by the time my friend got her main (just a cheese burger), my other friend and i were done our main. so i order dessert, and it arrived quickly, and is pretty good. By the way, we asked for a togo box and a refill once i got my dessert. WHICH DIDNT COME. we had to flag down the manager for our box and refill. 10 minutes later the server helping us comes back with an iced tea and NO BOX. at this point we’re so annoyed. we asked for the check and we were gonna pay with UOFG meal plan, because it said they accepted it on the website. NOPE. the one closest to the university doesn’t accept student cards. God, i’ve had bad experiences before but NOTHING like this. being dissatisfied is a HUGE understatement. if i could give 0 stars i would. stay away from this location.
