What I got was a sickly, runny hamburger with a luke warm patty and a cold bun with no nostalgic 'Harvey's Taste'. This was hands down the worst hamburger that I have had in my entire life.

I called the restaurant and they offered to go outside to check the parking lot for my card. My card was found! They kept it safe and secure for me to pick up. I was astonished with their kindness and offer to check the restaurant grounds for my card. Excellent manager and staff who went above and beyond! Thank you!!!

It was right around the corner from my work, AND my apartment, so it was my go-to for fast food. I recently moved a few hours away, and miss this location SO much. There is not a single Harvey's that does it as well as these folks. Everything was always crispy, hot, fresh - with lots of buffalo sauce. The Harvey's in my new town was SOOOO disappointing (everything cold and mushy, cooked only to a bare minimum, so much gravy it basically turns into soup, no fork in the bag). Instead of writing a bad review for them, I need to make a SPARKLING recommendation to these guys. They not only make a superior product, but they offer superior customer service as well. In fact, they ended up saving me last night at the new location - they had offered a few extra forks to keep in my car just in case it was forgotten in the future <3 <3 Don't take this location for granted!!! They are STARS! Give them all a raise!!
