  Hangry Joe’s absolutely lives up to the hype. The chicken is insanely crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the spice levels are actually legit—you can really customize it depending on how bold you’re feeling. The flavours hit every time. The portions are solid, and everything comes out fresh and hot. The sliders are a must-try, and the fries pair perfectly with their sauces. On top of that, the staff are friendly and the service is quick, even when it’s busy. If you’re craving Nashville hot chicken done right, Hangry Joe’s is 100% worth it.

  New favourite spot alert! First time eating here. Firstly, the portion sizes are amazing - excellent value for money. We had the sandos which were fantastic! The medium spice level is more than spicy enough for most people. The chicken is well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Juicy and flavourful on the inside and crisp on the outside. Special shoutout to the boneless wings - specifically the spicy smoke bbq. They do waffle fries which are large and very tasty. Highly recommend! Important note: dining space is limited to only a few tables

  This was BY FAR the best chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life, I have been curious about trying the super hot challenge but first I wanted to try the sandwich as it is normally so tonight I went in after the gym and grabbed a "Sando sandwich" (mild) and also chicken strips (also mild sauce) and I was blown away at the juicy moist chicken in both the chicken strips and the sandwich, both were great but the sandwich was amazing, it was moist and dripping with sauce and flavor (way better than popeye's it's not even close) Overall I loved it and I will be going back for sure and one day I hope to try the ultra hot challenge (still building up the courage for that) and also the guys working there were nice and helpful about what to order and so on, really good, get in there and try it out you won't regret it.

  Food was great! Big sized sandwich so we didn’t leave hungry, so for the price I think it was reasonable. The service however, could have been better. There was no line to order at the front but they told everyone to order at the self serve. We had questions as we had never been here, but he went to the back right away and didn’t come back out at all. I think he was cooking in the back so maybe this is a staff shortage that will improve in the future. Also the self serve didn’t work very good the screen was freezing, only gave 3 drink options when there was more options in the fridge, and didn’t print the receipt when we asked it to. The food took longer to prepare than I expected probably 15 mins but it was fresh so I didn’t mind after tasting the quality.

  I was looking to try since it opened. I was out running errands with my son and we stopped in for lunch. Was very good and very fresh. We ate in, very limited seating, 3-4 tables. Had the sandwich and my son had the chicken fingers. Very good portions. We both very much enjoyed!! Mary Browns used to be my go to for a chicken sandwich, I've found my new favourite! I'll be back! Welcome to Guelph. Was disappointed they didn't take the app at this location, would've been nice to start earning points, etc. Maybe soon? I downloaded the app before I went, since deleted.
