  Absolutely fantastic service. From start to finish everything was great. We unfortunately even had two drink accidents and the amazing staff came to the rescue each time. It was honestly very impressive. The food was delicious & all the staff were super friendly. Our server was Amy, she deserves a medal for her hard work! Way to go East sides crew, you guys rock!! Tonight was busy and you could see them just hustlin’.

  Got there at 6:30pm and had to be outta there by 7:00pm so I could make it too my hockey game, the restaurant was PACKED and there was a line almost going out the door, we sat bar side and Jenny the rockstar she is came to us straight away and we basically explained that we had to be out of here in 30 minutes we ordered right away and not even 15 minutes later we had our food and drinks. Props to the kitchen also.. but Jenny made this happen by being so awesome we were outta there before 7 and made it to my game on time! HIGHLY recommend being served by her!

  Our Family of 5 had a delicious meal beyond expectations thanks to our server Amy and the chefs! Amy knows Her stuff! She helped us with gluten free options, vegetarian options, spicy and non, and so much more! She helped us navigate the extensive menu so we ALL were 100 percent satisfied! We can hardly wait to go back! Thanks East Side and Amy!

  Me and a few of my friends came here on a busy friday night, and let me just say- they were impeccable. Despite being packed, out wait time was less than 10 minutes! And they were all so kind, and gracious despite the rush. I know how overwhelming those can be. I personally did not eat- as this adventure was more of a spontaneous suprise for us, and i had already eaten. But they got some delicious dinner! They raved all about it. One my friends has very specific tastes with their food, and the staff was happy to make any and all accommodations. Our waitress, Amy, was a highlight. There was another very friendly person, unfortunately i did not catch their name but they were super friendly, and talked to us about cheese. I would definitely recommend! I loved all the all you can eat/ free refills/bottomless aspects- whatever you want to call it!

  Our server Terra was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down she was so welcoming and made us feel right at home! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel taken care of the entire time. She had great recommendations for food and for drinks (I LOVED the violet iced tea lemonade🥂💜)! The food was outstanding — everything was so flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. Every dish we ordered (as per Terra’s recommendations) exceeded expectations, and the portions were generous without sacrificing elegance. Terra’s service was quick and professional, but never rushed. It felt like the perfect balance of relaxed and refined. Whether you’re going for a special occasion or just a great night out, East Side Mario’s is the perfect choice! Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back! 🌟🍽️
