We witnessed the older manager/owner just leave him alone last night and disappeared in the middle of making orders while there were a line up to order and a line up waiting for orders placed. They really need some help over here.

Prices are fair considering today's going rates. Wait times can be a bit much but I understand they have to prepare the ice cream. Still never had any major issues.

If you're the only customer in the shop prepare to wait ~10 minutes for a two item order, if there are three or more customers in the shop you may be there for 40 minutes or more (I truly wish I was exagerating). Also they do not allow customers access to their washroom which I'm fairly certain is illegal in Ontario.
