  I normally have a great experience at this chipotle but lately things seem to be declining. Yesterday I got my normal bowl, The lady was very stingy with the portions and ended up being half the size of what I normally get. As I was eating my bowl, I nearly choked on a piece of avocado pit from my guacamole. I also got a side of chips and queso, the chips were incredibly stale. I truly love Chipotle, but this location seems to be getting worse and worse

  The protein portions in their meal is ridiculously low and am not a big eater. Not even a handful of chicken in 4 bowls we ordered as a family. Flavors are on point though. Another 2 negative points was the store was filthy for over 30-40ish minutes from the time we stepped till the time we left and the employees were cold and not providing any good vibe. Not sure if I would come back to this location.

  I went to buy a burrito on Thursday at this location and all my friends recommended this place so I went to check it out, first of all the lacking variety of meat, toppings and LACK OF SAUCE (no sauce is offered) had me questioning, furthermore to charge guacamole $3 extra is insane. And most of all is the lady I asked if she could cut my burrito in half WHICH IS NOT DIFFICULT AT ALL, and she replies with “you can cut it yourself with the wooden knife over there” , as if I can cut it with a wooden knife through that aluminum wrapper and make a mess. Yeah thanks alot lady, never coming back here.

  Been going here since they opened and I swear it gets worse every single time. They don’t even put full scoops of anything. They don’t listen and constantly forget things and need to be reminded (salad dressing, side tortilla etc) the girl with the big clear glasses frames is rude. She put 4 shreds of cheese on my bowl and when I asked for more I was told I’d be charged extra…. Retrain your staff.

  Not good. The guy behind the counter doesn't know how a slotted spoon works because he got bean juice all over the burritos making them soggy. The portions aren't great but aren't terrible. Guac is $3 for a spoonful, you can just about get a whole bag of avocados for that price. The burritos were incredibly salty, unbelievably so. Just about ruined them. They also don't grill the burritos after wrapping them which every other burrito place does. That's a unique decision on their part but a bad one nevertheless. With the amount of burrito places in Guelph there's really no reason to come here. First and last visit for me.
