Worst Chipotle store I hear been, qty is less, staff is not friendly
I was looking forward to trying chipotle for the first time. after hearing, it was really good from a few friends of mine. Upon me and my husband’s arrival. we quickly noticed that the place was empty so we decided to dine in. however, though I was disgusted on how much food and garbage was lying around the place. I politely asked the lady working behind the counter with the clear glasses if she could please come and clean up the area me and my husband wanted to eat at. she then turned over to her associate and started laughing at me. she then asked another associate who was in the middle of doing something if she could clean it up for us instead of her, even though the lady with the clear glasses wasn’t doing anything but talking to her work, friend. before me and my husband decided to place our order the lady with the clear glasses asked us over seven times if we were ready to do our order. I told her numerous times while getting annoyed that we will let her know when we’re ready. making us extremely awkward and uncomfortable. when we were ready to place in our order, we noticed how small the portions were considering the outrageous price of $15.99 for a small bowl I politely asked the male working there if he could please put some extra cheese in my bowl, but instead of doing that, he just looked at me weirdly and smiled at his work friend. telling us “no” and then proceeded to look at me like I was stupid. overall, me and my husband‘s experience here was not that good. The workers were not friendly at all making us feel really rushed and unwanted. Even when we were eating I heard the workers whispering and giggling at us. I understand that it can be hard-working in customer service in the food industry, but when dealing with customers, you must treat them with respect and dignity, and not laugh in their face and talk about them behind their back.

Right when I walked in there was crumbs and food on EVERY single table/ I asked the girl with clear glasses to clean it and She looked at her co workers and laughed at me. Then extremely rushed me and my daughter to do our bowls when I could not understand what they were saying because of how extremely fast they were speaking . The portions are extremely small and wouldn’t even give a whole scoop. The lettuce was rotten and beef was way too salty. Such a dirty restaurant with no where to sit unless you ask them to clean the tables and it will take them 5 minutes because they treat you like a joke. The clear Glasses girl bosses around the same girl from the register to do all of the cleaning work while she talks with her other co workers .

If I could give 0 stars I would. The only time I write reviews about places is when the service is absolutely terrible. This used to be a Mucho burrito which was amazing and now it is replaced with chipotle. First and last time I will ever go to a chipotle due to the experience I had. To start things off, the staff didn’t greet us when we got to the counter, they just awkwardly stared at us mumbling under their breath. When I asked about their burritos I could not get a straight answer from the employees, there were three people working on my singular burrito. Any topping I asked about, the staff said it was and extra cost. I originally added extra meat to my burrito because I like two different types, the employee put two dainty little tong squeezes of beef barbacoa on, when I asked to adde the pork carnitas they said it would be extra. I didn’t mind the extra cost until I found out at the check out that is was $5.35 for on small pinch of meat from the tongs. The next issue, the restaurant had next to not food in the trays, everything was scarce. There were only two salsas to choose from, anything else we were told would be an additional charge for a minuscule amount, and when asked about burrito sauce or anything but salsa we were advised there was only Tabasco sauce on the counter. During conversation with the staff, it was difficult to understand them as they all mumbled and spoke under their breath. When my burrito was folded originally the employee put it into a ball and tried to put it in the tin foil with everything falling out of it, the tortilla tore as well. Here is where it gets interesting. I asked the employee to replace the tortilla because it tore and I don’t want my food spilling everywhere, I had repeatedly asked 3 times and the employee still did not understand and thought I was asking for an additional piece of the tin foil wrap around my burrito. I asked again if the could please replace the tortilla as the whole thing was torn and falling apart as they were wrapping it. At this point another employee not involved in the situation got snarky and started coming at me with an attitude saying we’re trying to get another tortilla, they proceeded to grab another piece of foil wrap. The real kicker is when all of this happened a third employee got involved because they still couldn’t figure out the burrito that was falling apart on their counter needed a new tortilla, what I think was the manager had to step in and tell the one employee to stay out of the conversation as that employee was the one being snarky and snapping at me. All the employees started to talk over each other and I still ended up with a burrito that was wrapped messily, broke apart as well. We also had a burrito bowl that was just unappetizing and a mess, there was no room to actually mix the food so it had to be eaten by later starting with the guacamole. This was a good establishment when it was a mucho burrito but the staff here have attitude, don’t care about their jobs or the customers, the food is terrible, overpriced for the stingy dainty amounts provided. Finally the girl behind the counter didn’t know how a slotted spoon works, the juice from the beans made the burrito soggy. The portions are terrible. The burritos were extremely salty, and by far the worst I’ve had. The protein had no seasoning as well and it ruined them. They also don't grill the burritos after wrapping them which every other burrito place does which leads to a bigger mess, especially since the employees couldn’t figure out how to wrap it and had 4 attempts before the tortilla broke.
I will never come back, stay away from this establishment as they clearly don’t care for their customers. Not worth the money, the last time I left a review this bad was when the wild wings almost gave me food poisoning.

First time leaving a review. This place really is a hit or miss. I have come here before and have had a generally good experience. I came in earlier this week to get a bowl with double protein and got what I wanted. It was good. Today I went back. It’s different people working and the energy is quite different. The lady who started making my bowl could not get me out of there fast enough, trying to guess my toppings for me, skipping over options. I asked for double protein she gave maybe half a spoonful of each. After getting passed to the next guy, he put the stingiest amounts of everything I asked for, including the guac which is extra already. They also did not have corn. Finally when it came to paying, they charged me $5 more than what I paid last week. I asked why because I came in here just the other day and paid the lesser amount for the same exact bowl, albeit with much less protein in there. The size of bowl from the other day had to be double today’s. And she says that’s the price. Well maybe I got someone the other day who was nicer and charged me less. If that’s the price I don’t mind paying it. I, however, do mind when it’s half the size of what my bowl should be. I will not be coming back here again.
