  I came here with my friends with crumbl cookies in our hands and we were about to walk up to the register intending to buy something when all of a sudden the lady at the register straight up yelled at us telling us to get out, so then we asked her is we can buy something then sit down but she did not let us buy something to sit down and yelled at us in front of customers to get out

  I went to get a free vanilla cone on my app and the lady refused and said no more cone for today . I told her I have a free cone and still no , I told her u can put the ice cream on the small cup and still no. Why they said free on app and I ended paid for the ice cream .worse DQ location and rude staff

  I went to Dairy Queen at 2 for the free cone day and they tell me I need the app and it will take 4 hours for the coupon come back at 6 and they say they are out of cones and can’t put the ice cream in a cup.

  Very long line when we went and the service was slow. We waited for 10 min, only to be told that they were not honoring free cone day. Everyone in line also left. We all waited a long time with no service. Owner should've prepared better.
