  Waited extra 15 minutes to pick up order I placed on skip. Employee almost forgot the extra meat by putting one scoop and I had to remind them, then proceeded to do the WORST job wrapping the burrito. It didnt even have that much stuff, and I paid extra for a double tortilla wrap that they didnt put on the burrito. All this stuff just fell out and it was a real pain trying to eat this. Chipotle is usually good but this location has the worst training clearly. How can you mess up wrapping a burrito this bad?

  Preordered on the app and still waited over 25 minutes while my friend ordered in person and got his immediately. Kind of defeats the whole point of ordering ahead.

  This store is under some extremely poor management. First of all, I went in and the entire lobby was filthy with full garbages and food everywhere it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day long. I went forward and saw that the kitchen was even WORSE. I cannot even begin to explain how disgusted I was, HOW are they making food in such dirty kitchens. There was trash everywhere. And side note, all the workers looked so stressed out and I know that this is a case of rude, unprofessional management. Another issue I noticed is that nobody in that kitchen was wearing a hairnet, based off of other reviews people have found hair in their food. Gross. I went to the manager to point out the dirtiness of the restaurant and she was just so unprofessional. She said “are you trying to be rude??” And continued to give an excuse that they didn’t clean the restaurant because of breaks between 5-8 and rush. She had an insane attitude. I can understand all restaurants get busy, but that is a 3 hour gap and it is just the managers fault for being unorganized. It is literally part of their job to ensure cleanliness of their restaurant. I have worked in the food industry if you have a good manager then it gets done. A friend of mine got food poisoning yesterday and I am determined to get this place fixed. They need new management to fix this mess because the entire restaurant is a public health and safety violation. Their food should not be considered safe whatsoever. Sorry but, peoples health is not worth your laziness. Somebody needs to check that this lady is even certified to be working as a manager. They be hiring anybody these days🤦🏻‍♀️

  It was so disorganized when I got there, I waited in line for 10 minutes to be served when there was only one person in front of me. I ordered the beef barbacoa bowl and it was extremely salty. I usually have decent service when I come here but it’s been going down hill

  I visited Chipotle on March 14 and had a very frustrating experience. While eating my meal, I found many hard pieces of avocado pit and peel mixed in the guacamole. There weren’t just one or two pieces — there were several of them, and it completely ruined the food. This is honestly concerning because someone could easily swallow one of these pieces and choke on it. On top of that, the customer service felt very rushed. I understand the store was busy, but it really felt like staff were just trying to move customers out as quickly as possible instead of making sure people had a good experience. Overall, this visit left a really bad impression. Between the poor food quality and the rushed service, I expected much better from Chipotle.
