  The manager was disrespectful. shreyas was his name. He wouldnt give me the order or cancel it and yelled in my face. If I WOULD HAVE GIVE HIM A 0 I would have. HONESTLY you guys need to consider keeping these type of people. They don’t know how to talk to a customer. Also I am charged for the order. He didn’t give me a refund.

  First off, let me share a universal truth that the Whopper rules. As other chains have gleefully taken that downward spiral of higher prices and lower quality, BK is still delivering the flame-grilled goodness. You see that TikTok of the CEO eating a Whopper? That's a man who stands by his company's signature sandwich... Now let's talk about the Silvercreek location - when you go it's always gonna be a 50/50 proposition no way around that. You could find yourself on a day where it's a hot mess - they've got literally 1-2 people running the whole restaurant, there's a multi-directional line-up of cars because it takes 10 minutes for staff to clue in that someone is at the drive thru (probably due to the aforementioned under-staffing), or you're asked to just pull on through empty-handed as something else has catastrophically failed. However, when things do work, it's a well-oiled machine providing acceptably-oily food. Service is quick and efficient, the staff are legit friendly and helpful, and before you even have a moment to blankly stare and observe the interesting rabble walking along Silvercreek, you'll be on your way with a Whopper and fries - the latter which by the way are seriously underrated - in tow. Life is all about choices and this is the risk/reward equation you're going to have to work through if you're planning a Whopper Wednesday visit here. Knowledge is power folks, and don't complain that you weren't informed.

  I would have given a 5 star, but all the tables, literally all the sitting tables were dirty. We took a while looking at where to sit, and no even lying, all the tables were dirty, drink stains, some crumbs. And the table we sat at had something sticky, maybe some sauce, we had to lay tissue paper all around the table to sit and eat. Understaffed? We get it, but it takes 30 seconds to spray and clean the table.

  For some reason they were serving no beef today. That is absolutely ridiculous for the home of the Whooper.
