After finishing two lovely racks of ribs. I definitely got my fill. He said he would replace the meals if I came in. I went and same manager was there he told me fully inspected the order and everything was there. I got home and unfortunately we received no mashed potatoes no gravy no coleslaw no buns. I called right away he treated me so badly on the phone, he would not correct it and said to just complain to headoffice and hung up. I have never been treated so badly by am establishment. Unfortunately you lost a longterm customer. I have shared this with my network as well. It is very sad to have to experience this.
