  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Mantra Patel. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive while taking my order. He made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted, and his positive attitude really stood out. Even during a busy time, he handled everything efficiently and kept a smile on his face. It’s clear he cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in his work. Employees like Mantra truly make a difference definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had!

  As cross border truck driver I've been to so many restaurants in approximately 30 states and 8 provoinces specifically subway, All of them different in their own ways, some worthy of visiting again others so so & some never again!! Since two years I've found this restaurant in Sudbury #14933, I'll be coming here for long time, Nirali and her team are costumer oriented, friendly in a clean and welcoming atmosphere :) Keep up the great work team :)

  Mantra was working late. Although there was a number of people expecting service but he provided his exceptional performance at work and served us well. He served us with a lovely smile and great food. And gave us free cookies as compliment. I would Highly recommend this store and Mantra’s service.

  Had a great experience at Subway! 🥪 Mantara was very respectful, friendly and quick, and my subway was fresh and perfectly made just the way I like it. The place was clean and welcoming too. Definitely a go-to spot for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommend!
