- ELEric Lacelle4 days ago1.0Went at 10:30 when they opened and they had my food ready conceningly fast. My fried were cold and the burger was burnt. Im fairly certain that they warmed up leftover food from last night. I GOT EXTREMLY SICK FROM EATINF HERR STAY AWAY.
- MMM5 days ago1.0The "new onion rings" are a joke. How is this a medium portion? There's like 7 onion rings here and they're really small. I don't know why I keep giving this place more chances.

I contacted the restaurant to inform them that they might be having an issue with their chicken but they stated " doesn't think so" and the manager wasn't very receptive with my complaint or issue. She just seemed to have blown me off. So I recommend if you do eat at Burger King in the valley. Eat at your own risk

I was asked to pull up and wait at the drive-thru for about 12–15 minutes just for a crispy chicken order, which is unusually long. What concerned me more was the behavior of the manager on duty. While I was waiting, I noticed her standing on a small step ladder and interacting with the drive-thru screen and wires. As someone who has worked in the food industry, it appeared to me that the drive-thru timing system may have been manipulated. If this is the case, it is very unprofessional and misleading, especially when customers are being kept waiting unnecessarily just to maintain better internal metrics. I understand delays can happen, but transparency and honesty matter. This experience felt unfair and poorly managed. I hope the management team looks into this and ensures proper practices are followed going forward.

I used to dislike the old fries, but the new crispy ones are actually really good. The guy at the counter recommended zesty sauce for my onion rings. I had no idea what it was, but God dam, it was good! Highly recommend
