  Dinner was excellent tonight at this Gravenhurst Location every thing was good and Hot....and a great helping of Food ...The festive meal....!!!

  Doug is fantastic, amazing customer service. He checked to see how food was, made sure everything was good, and that we were satisfied with the quality of my order. Thanks Doug i will be back again.

  As a mom that had “one of those days” where everything you plan for your day and evening falls apart and you just need to get yourself and your family fed… we whipped into Swiss tonight for a quick dinner and everything was fantastic. It was a pleasant surprise that the festive special had started. As a family that doesn’t eat out often it made for a nice treat. But more than anything I have to shout out to Doug. He went above and beyond from when we were at the cash talking to my daughter and family, to checking on us numerous times and offering to reheat my own moms soup after it went cold while she helped my toddler so I could have a hot meal. Made for such a rare experience these days where it seems people have forgotten how to connect with people. As I type this I see him wandering the dining room connecting with other tables as well and it’s just so nice to see. If you’re reading this review Doug, thank you! A busy tired mom, a mamose, and a toddler fit to be a queen.

  The model of drive through plus in person dining doesn’t work. Priority is given to the drive through and the table seating suffers. Food was cold. I won’t ever eat at a multi purpose, fling food into cars, neglect the in person model again. Your in person dining centres that offer take out as opposed to drive through appear to be managed correctly.

  Sorry for the delay in posting this review however we had Internet issues. We want to share our experience from Tuesday night of this week. The Gravenhurst, Swiss chalet location apparently had mechanical issues and had no access to rotisserie chicken. We placed our order online. We told the wait time was half an hour when we arrived and went inside. We were surprised by the information concerning the lack of chicken. Doug was the manager at the location and he went above and beyond the call of duty to try to accommodate us given that his hands were tied . He managed to provide the ribs for my husband’s dinner and made a salad with heated chicken on top to replace my dinner. We think he should be commended for thinking outside the box. We later learned that Swiss chalet closed early that night and I certainly hope that all staff that were present were paid for their full shift. Doug personally averted the loss of good frequent flyer customers in both myself and my husband in our extended family that frequency that location much appreciated Doug thanks for saving the night
