    Love this subway! Great sandwiches and the staff are amazing! Very friendly people. I was getting my tires changed close by and I had an appointment but got pushed back for a couple hours and they let me sit and stay warm inside while I waited. Thanks again it was very appreciated 👍☺️

    Terrible customer service. Was told I couldn't use barcode from app when the app specifically said "scan in store". Then waited over 30 mins for my order which was made incorrectly and remade. Thanks.

    The Gravenhurst Subway staff are always polite, patient and courteous, even when training new staff (that one experience was interesting 😆). I always order a salad bowl with the sweet onion teriyaki chicken. EVERY single time my bowl is almost overflowing with fresh veggies and the chicken, with shredded cheese of course, is icing on the top. BEST. SALAD. EVER. The shop is always clean and the recent renovations have made a very pleasant change. I highly recommend this Subway. I have been to other Subway locations but the Gravenhurst shop is by far the best!

    Asked for fresh lettuce as the lettuce that was out looked wilted. The guy behind the counter opened a new bag of lettuce and poured it over the old lettuce that was already in the bin. Yuck. The tomatoes looked like they had been sitting out for a while. Therefore, I asked for spinach instead of lettuce and skipped the tomato on my sub. Will not be going back again.
