The system accepted my offer, and even the staff member redeemed it correctly, yet the manager started yelling at their own employee and refused to honor it. If the system allows the offer, why refuse it and then tell customers to “go somewhere else”? That’s completely unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I truly feel sorry for the employees who have to work under such unpleasant management. This kind of behavior is disappointing and reflects badly on the restaurant.
