He approached our table promptly, took our order, and the delicious food was delivered correctly and in a timely fashion. Thanks Jordan.
- MSmary sargent5 days ago5.0A small group of us had lunch today at Montana's on Ogilvie. Our server was Calen, and he was terrific. We thought we were to be a party of 6, but it turned out there was a possibility of 2 more, so we had to change tables. Calen facilitated our move with good grace, and spent time with one of our group who has celiac, discussing gluten free options, and double checking with the chef. I enjoyed the lunch trio which was very reasonably priced, and the others in the group all enjoyed whatever they had ordered. The bills arrived in timely fashion, but some of us had Scene cards or CAA cards, which meant more back and forth trips for Calen which he handled with a smile. It was refreshing to have a young man with such charm serving us with efficiency and good humour. Thank you Calen!

He took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out ! it felt like he truly cared about me having a great time. The service was thoughtful, and never rushed. If you visit this restaurant, definitely ask for Karim* he’s a big reason i’ll be coming back. Highly recommend!
