  I've been meaning to write a review for this restaurant for some time. Just wanted to write and say that this is our favorite location. It is quiet and the food is great. I also want to write about Thursday nights. We always come because we love the family craft night. The guest representative Anna has been so attentive and hospitable with not only our daughter but all the children during the Thursday night family craft night. Our daughter absolutely loves her kindness and friendliness as we do as well. Thank you we look forward to Thursday nights.

  I visit this location weekdays in the morning for a coffee, the drive thru lady and I always have a nice little chat about the weather and the week, great service. My problem with this location is their drink dispenser. I LOVE DIET COKE, I always order one with meals that aren’t breakfast but their Diet Coke has been compromised. Everytime is taste like fruitiopia, it’s disgusting. Please fix your Coke machine!

  Their Thursday night craft is only good if you come at the start. By 550, they are out of main project material, and whatever accessorizing material left is guarded. What do you expect from 4 and 5 year olds? Never enough material, and you start cleaning up at 645, even though you say it goes until 7. Maybe next time try having less accessories and package everything into a single project package. It’s a disappointment every time my kids come. Not sure what the point of a kids craft session with such restrictive rules is.

  This McDonald’s has quite possibly the worst service I have ever seen. And don’t get me wrong, I get it’s a McDonald. Expectations are not the same as the Keg, however, some basic service is expected. And after visiting this McDonald more than 10 times now. In store and through the drive though, I felt compelled to say something. And I’ve had a bad day, so I’ve turned to the internet to vent my frustrations………..The food itself here is generally pretty good (for McDonalds) but when you wait so long you start seeing your kid grow 3 inches before either of you get to eat a chicken nugget it’s kinda ridiculous. They almost never have anyone at the front, so better get the thought of asking a question out of your head. Let alone hope someone will be there to actually take an order, better use the Kiosks. And pretty much as soon as your number pops up on there little TV it then disappears. Don’t think this means you’ll get your order quick, it doesn’t. But don’t worry, after you wait 20 minutes and ask where the hell your food is the “nice” (more like don’t give a crap I’m not paid enough) employee will “ reassure” you it’s being worked on. After about another 10-15 minutes don’t worry you’ll get your food. Now, typically having worked in food service I wouldn’t leave a review over this. However, this last visit was particularly horrible. Not only did a father have to wait over 20 minutes to feed his adorable little girl, what was crazy is that when he finally got the food (this man did not complain once) it was a donut and a cookie. How it took them 20 minutes to get this out of the front display is actually insane. And how the father didn’t completely lose it will forever confuse. Clearly a better person then me. The situation continued to get worse as, a very nice women who only bought a fry had to wait so long for her order, her Uber came before it. This caused her to gift her receipt to another women who was waiting for her own order. And then once a very fed up gentlemen had waited for his order for over 30 mins and finally got the chance to speak with someone he was told they just got slammed with orders and there was nothing that could be done. Now I’m no McDonalds expert, but I have been to several in my life and even the busiest McDonald’s (which definitely wasn’t this one) you generally don’t wait long enough that you start worry about grey hairs. My advise, don’t have high expectations for service and definitely don’t come here if you have an time limit.
