  I had a really great experience in the night (2 am) at the drive-through. There was only one employee handling everything on his own, and despite how busy it was, he stayed calm, organized, and incredibly kind the entire time. He managed orders, payments, and service without missing a beat, and still took the time to be polite and respectful. It’s not easy doing all of that alone, especially during a rush, but he handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude. People like him truly make a difference—hardworking, patient, and genuinely caring about the customer experience. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

  The late-night drive-thru service at the Findlay Creek / Bank Street location has become unacceptable because of one specific male employee who regularly works the drive-thru at night. He is an Indian man who often handles the speaker most of the late nights and his service is consistently rude, dismissive, and unpleasant. He frequently leaves customers waiting a long time before even answering the drive-thru, and when he finally responds, his tone is lazy, irritated, and disrespectful. A repeated issue is that if the order is small or under a few dollars, he often claims certain items are “not available,” yet those same items are available at other times. It feels selective and dishonest. There have also been multiple situations where small orders were refused through the drive-thru and customers were told to come inside instead, even though there is no clear reason why a simple order cannot be served normally. His attitude toward customers is consistently poor, the communication feels hostile, and the overall experience makes people not want to return during night hours. Management should seriously review who is handling the late-night drive-thru because this employee’s behavior reflects badly on the entire location. 😐🚗🍔

  I went in For McDonald’s, Just to get my usual big Mac combo, and also usually come to this location. But I’m tired of seeing what I see every time. I swear this manager tika needs to be fired. I’ve already seen so many bad reviews. It amazes me that nobody has done nothing. Like do better McDonald’s. Like the way it disgust me, like she has no proper house training, and she lacks so many things, she’s rude, means and just takes her anger out on everyone. She treats these kids horribly, and thinks she is above everything, and it’s actually really sad and breaks my heart for these employees. I think her being manager has given her too much power, and it’s getting to her head. she needs to be removed affected immediately. It’s seems like she doesn’t know how to run a store, without it going into destruction. And she blames the employees a lot like she isn’t the manager to help and guide them. Like once again I hope you guys do something, because 1 this is not a good look for your store and 2 you will start losing costumers and employees.
