I wouldn’t normally do this but I feel sufficiently piqued to write this review this late night.
I have never been so insulted in my entire ife by any service person. The lady at the drive through (11:33pm, 1st April 2026) raised her voice at me, deliberately delayed me and actually shut the window while I was still trying to explain things.
I hadn’t used drive through late night before and that was my first time. Apparently she was very upset that I came on foot. Even when I got into my car and came around the drive through, she was extremely saucy and shut the window while I was still trying to explain things. (There was no one behind me on the queue).
I will never use this location for anything because the voice of that lady still rings and traumatizes me.
No well trained service person would raise their voices at customers or even shut windows while a customer is still speaking.
Sry would of bin better if I wasn't being charged mac sauce on my Mac bathroom was filthy

I’m extremely disappointed with the curbside pickup service at this location. This isn’t a one-time issue—every time I order curbside, I’m left waiting 10–20 minutes for a prepaid order. That completely defeats the purpose of curbside pickup.
On February 28th at approximately 1:30 PM, I waited outside while my vehicle was running, only to later find out that my order was already sitting on the counter inside. I had to go in myself to retrieve it—again. When I addressed this with the manager, she showed no concern or urgency and clearly did not care about the inconvenience or the customer experience.
As a customer, my time matters. Fuel costs matter. Respect matters. A manager’s role is to ensure customers are satisfied and to resolve issues—not dismiss them. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.
I won’t be returning to this location. Maybe losing one customer doesn’t seem important when there are others coming through the door, but poor service is exactly how businesses lose loyal customers over time. This location needs better management and staff who understand basic customer service—especially for curbside orders that are already paid for.
I'll gladly delete this review once the issue is fixed. I just don't know how to communicate this to you guys. But I've worked very close by for the last 15 years (days and nights) and they've always had perfect coffee. I haven't gotten a decent coffee here in months. I order with "half" sugar and my coffee has tasted surgarless, day and night for months. Furthermore, the coffee at night has been cold lately. I just got a coffee and it's warm (not hot), maybe a slight hint of sugar in it but it's very sour which ruins it. I want to clarify that 100% of the time I'm using the drive thru so maybe that machine needs calibration and also it doesn't seem to matter who's working at night, the coffee is "warm" at its hottest. In comparison, the McDonald's on hunt club at lorry Greenberg serves perfect tasting coffee and perfect temperature all night long and this Innes road location used to as well. It's just over the last few months something seems broken.
