Told "we don't have the system for taco bell mobile orders. I'll have to punch it in. Food should be 5 minutes". An hour after ordering, my food wasn't even being prepared. Lied to by the first employee. He could have just made the food in 5 minutes. He had no idea that they don't even have a system set up for receiving Taco Bell orders. I would have preferred them making it on the spot rather than waiting an extra 30 minutes for something that wasn't being prepared.

When trying to complain all he says is one minute or I’m sorry and walks away. Please do not go to this establishment as the manager isn’t compotent in any way necessary to be a manager. And one more thing you can’t bring a child to eat here as they don’t have any high chairs!!

I kept going back since it’s the only Tacobell near me (major pregnancy craving). The service is very slow and I can understand when short staffed (but it’s every time)… There is no professionalism or organization. The drive thru is always closed but there is no sign or block giving a heads up. When we asked why they said to take it up with the owner… so owner what’s up lol. The food does taste good and it’s always hot. Anyways it’s unfortunate but go to any other Tacobell until there’s more training or they fix the staffing issue. It’s never fun working when it’s busy short staffed with no help.
