  The new(?) Owners have lost control of the place... orders piling up, chaos amongst the cooks, piles of take out orders on the counter and having difficulty identifying who they go to... it is like a mad house in there. I waited 30 minutes for my order after others had come and gone and I had to complain to get it cooked. All other customers were experiencing the same thing... some with anger and frustration, and some with a chuckle and amusement at the circus this store is. Terrible terrible terrible.

  Do not order here, especially not online. They’ll claim you didn’t place an order even if you have the order number and card transactions to prove it. Awful service. And there was no willingness on their end to resolve the issue, just “too bad pay again” (not to mention I waited 40 minutes before this)

  Food safety rules not followed. An employee who worked the cash register wore gloves, then went ahead and helped prepare my food wearing the same gloves. Simply disgusting.... The same employee disappeared in the back of the store for a while, wearing those very gloves. Who knows what else he touched while he was doing other chores. The worst part was that he did not think he did anything wrong when I asked him about it and asked to have my food prepared by another employee. Other than that - very slow service. The place has no sauce stocked. This Taco Bell is a sad shadow of a proper Taco Bell anywhere in the US. Prices are outrageous what what you get, too. You'd be better off going to a locally owned small restaurant.

  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! The servers are rude, it takes you like 5 times to repeat yourself just to get your order wrong. I actually have no idea how this place is still running because there is nothing good to say about this place. Not only do they not know how to do their job but the place is disgusting and the bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in months! Don’t go here is you want FAST food and food that is actually warm when you get served it!!!

  If you want FAST food don’t go here!! The service and staff move at the pace of a sloth who had a baby with an turtle and you have to repeat yourself ten times only to have your order wrong. The staff NEEDS to change because me and my friend waited 25 minutes just for two combos with absolutely no one in line. You can make food faster at home🤪 I’m normally a patient person but when I go to order fast food I expect it to take less than 25 minutes especially when there’s no one in line! Also to top it all off the chicken inside the wrap was cold and I found a hair in my fries😡
