Drove 20 minutes at 2 a.m. to this Subway because it’s advertised as open 24 hours. The store was open and people were inside eating. I went to order and the employee rudely said he was “closed for 30 minutes” and told me to come back.
No explanation, no reason — just standing there refusing to take orders. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time and gas. If you’re not open, don’t advertise 24 hours.

I was there with two friends around 1 AM. An employee told us the dine-in area was closing so he could clean and instructed us to leave and return in an hour. This was already questionable, as this location is advertised as 24/7 with dine-in available, and we have dined in late at night here many times before. Despite this, we complied and left.
When we returned around 2 AM, the same employee then stated that dine-in was still not allowed. When asked for an explanation, he claimed that the manager had “changed the policy,” but he could not provide any proof, nor would he contact the manager to confirm this. No signage or official notice was shown. It was clear that this rule was being made up on the spot.
We were not being disruptive. We were paying customers, and I was fully prepared to purchase food and dine in. Despite this, the employee repeatedly stated, “Dine-in is closed, I cannot allow it,” and refused service under the store’s advertised dine-in policy. The way we were spoken to and dismissed was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
If there are legitimate changes to store policy, they must be clearly communicated and consistently enforced—not falsely claimed without verification. This incident occurred on January 23rd between approximately 1–3 AM. Management should be able to identify the employee working during that shift.
This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a location that explicitly advertises 24/7 operation with dine-in AVAILABLE.

I went to this location around 1 AM with two friends. There was an employee working — an Indian man wearing a turban with a light beard — who told us he was closing the dine-in area to clean. That was strange because I’m a regular customer here between 1–3 AM and dine-in has never been closed like that before. He told us to leave and come back in an hour, so we did.
When we returned around 2 AM, he suddenly said we still weren’t allowed to dine in. I asked why, and he claimed the “manager changed the policy.” That was clearly false. When I asked him to show proof or call the manager to confirm, he couldn’t provide anything. I even told him he could call the police if he believed he was enforcing a real policy — he didn’t, because he knew he was lying.
This Subway is advertised as 24/7 with 24/7 dine-in. Making up fake rules and kicking out paying customers for no valid reason is unacceptable. The way we were treated was disrespectful and unprofessional.
This happened on January 23rd between roughly 1–3 AM. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but management should be able to identify who was working that shift.
I will be escalating this issue. Very disappointed with this experience.
