- JJJenDec 28, 20252.0I generally like the food and people working at this location- BUT - the drive thru has been ridiculously slow on every occasion. Every time, I’ve been asked to pull up to the waiting window. Most recently I was asked to pull up - which I did - but watched 5 people behind me get their food before me. When I questioned it, I was told they had simpler meals - my order was all items off the meal combo menu - standards staples- big mac, quarter pounder, nuggets and double cheeseburger with fries - so not special in any way. Burgers, fries and nuggets at 5 pm shouldn’t take 15 minutes in drive thru - not to mention, I arrived home with no straws and no dipping sauce for my daughters nuggets- and a cold burger (I live 5 min away at best).

I have to say that I’ve never been at a McDonald’s were I actually felt like everybody was happy, polite said thank you smiled. Food was fresh which trust me we get out McDonald’s in Rockland and it’s the worst McDonald in history of the McDonald franchise so it was nice to see. Thank you and good job ! Keep it up.
