    I went to the MacDonald's near Gloucester and I recieved amazing service from a manager, called Laveeka. She went above and beyond to help me. What an amazing lady thank you for all your help.

    I ordered through drive-thru and watched them give my food to the car before me. I watched the customer go through the bag, figured out it wasn't their food and brought it back to the counter. They then tried to pass that exact bag to me. When I complained about what I saw I was given attitude for expecting food that a random person didn't fondle. They then parked me for a few minutes while they made "fresh food". 5 minutes later they handed me the food, and the food was cold. I'm 99% sure they just put the same food into a separate bag and said it was fresh. To top it all off they didn't give me a receipt so I dont even have the receipt number to file a complaint. Absolutely disgusting service.

    Don’t know her name but a small Indian woman I believe was very rude,Disrespectful and not considerate whatsoever, She made a mistake on my order and wouldn’t own up to it blaming me of things I didn’t do

    Manager was very attentive to our 5 year old great nephew giving him colouring papers crayons and a paper crown. Delivered our meal to our table and asked us if we needed anything extra and got the items for us.
