  Drink was disgusting. Returned it and given the same thing. Was told they had to figure out what's going on.. left the drinks and left, absolutely disgusting. If you're told something is wrong. Why serve the same thing again?

  You can hunt a chicken, defeather it, clean it, bread it, fry it, eat it, and file your taxes, and you’d still be done quicker than you would be if you enter this drive-through.

  The service I received from the hijab-wearing employee at the second window at 8:30 p.m. on February 17 was absolutely ridiculous. My order was incorrect, and they never provided a receipt in the bag or upon returning. Then, the worse part, they claimed they hadn’t punched the missing item in, even though I showed them I was in fact charged for it. The employee insisted, “Oh, I remember clearly I didn’t punch it in,” as if she’s always right and the customer is wrong. Wasted time and made me pay the extra again their incompetence. I later overheard them saying the item they missed was already made, therefore adding to the fact they forgot it and charged me again. This location and its employees are simply unacceptable. If they can’t manage to deliver decent service at McDonald’s, I feel terrible for that girl and future customers.

  I went to this location with my mom around 9:10pm on February 14th, 2026 and when we went to the pickup window my mom stated that she wants to check to make sure the fries are fresh and the manager had a nasty look and attitude and in a rude tone told my mom that she will need to wait 3 minutes which was fine and when we went to the next window another worker came to the window and when my mom asked for the name the worker said she can’t give out the manager’s name

  This location misses items from the order all the time. Food isn't cheap anymore so even 1 item is bad enough. The place was slow and I had the only order inside. They forgot the nuggets from my order. I'll be giving them a pass for a bit. Not like they will notice but at least I'll give my money to another spot.
