Then when she did have the time to serve me asked me repeatedly what my order was then again at the window. I only ordered an iced coffee & fries. The fries were wet n soggy to add salt to the wound. The service here has gotten worse over the years

She was very rude and insensitive, to which I truly don’t understand why they let people like this run fast food places. I asked for sauce accidentally after I ordered cause god forbid I forgot and was treated with the most ridiculous sigh and comment that genuinely would set someone back years with the aggression she had. Findlay McDonalds do better because there are more people out here that would willingly want to work rather then someone who’s clearly burnt out and not fit for food service at all.

Never uses both order taking machines, 1-2 minute delays when I'm the only one... Inconsistent food. If it wasn't the only local McDonalds I would Not be going here
