  0 stars. First of all, I waited almost 2 hours for soft tacos. The place is always filthy. Service is horrible. Very slow and order is always wrong. Do not go to this location if you want to be waiting forever for food and if you want to eat in a nasty environment.

  I’m really disappointed with how this place has changed. It used to have friendly staff and good food, but my recent experience was nothing like before. When I asked about my order, the staff responded rudely and seemed irritated, even banging things around. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful toward customers. I’m not sure what the management is doing, but it seems like they no longer care about maintaining the restaurant’s standards. Very disappointed with the experience.

  My mom ordered from there 2 weeks ago. The website had said our order was in the oven. She arrived and they never recieved the order? So, she had to reorder and wait. She got home and there were a number of things missing. The quality of the good wasn't great either. I have been trying to call and speak with the manager but I have yet to get hold of anyone. I have also emailed customer service and I have gotten nowhere. This is extremely disappointing. If anyone is reading this from the store, please get back to me. I want a refund.

  Soirée du 04 novembre 2025. Franchement, si l'incompétence et le "m'enfoutisme" avait un nom, ça serait ce KFC qui le porterait. Aucune organisation, aucun ordre de commande respecté. Je ne sais pas où sont-ils aller chercher une équipe pareille. La prochaine fois je vérifierais d'abord qu'elle équipe travaille avant de passer commande. L'autre équipe, celle où travail un certain "Hichem" ; est de loin, bien plus performante.

  I’ve be going to this place almost everyday for months now after the gym . Not only is the food quality going down such as instead of zinger meat they’ll use normal meat wit. Zinger sauce (nobody wants that dry salty chicken ) . But I try to understand with them because they’re actually bus . But at this point it’s too much. They take forever to also make the food , wait time minimum is like 10mins to sometimes and I’m not even kidding 30 mins . Like come on … are they slaughtering the chicken fresh in the back ? Ontop of that the worst thing ever , their drive thru… and I’m not even joking has been closed for like 2 months now. Everyday I drive through and the guy tells me , “ drive thrues closed, come inside” like bro ?? At this point they should just remove the whole drive thru and turn it into a sitting area to watch the road ? . I’m actually disappointed in you guys …. I know everything’s going to shit but McDonald’s would never do this …. Please whoever controls this place help it because I Litrelly go every day…
