Every dish hit the mark and made the meal genuinely memorable. What truly elevated the evening, though, was our server, Joelle. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her timing was perfect—always there when we needed something, but never intrusive. She offered great recommendations and made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Service like Joelle’s is rare and makes a huge difference. She turned a great meal into an excellent dining experience. I would absolutely come back and hope to be seated in her section again. Highly recommend!

I just met the nicest man with the most welcoming smile and demeanour that I’ve ever encountered. I’m not sure if he’s a manager, he greeted and assisted me like an owner would and therefore I was compelled to leave this review. I’m sure he brightens the day of everyone he comes in contact with. This man should be the face of this location if not the entire franchise. I did not catch his name but you’ll know who l mean if you ever have the pleasure of meeting him in person. Keep up the awesome job, you are a great example of an A+ customer service and hospitality representative. Keep smiling!!!

She was so kind and cheerful, she made the whole experience so much better, even when there was a small ingredient in the food that we hadn't realized, so it was technically our mistake for not asking for a certain ingredient to be removed, she gladly took it back to the kitchen and got another one made, no fees added, and with a big smile. Even the hostess was extremely kind and polite and made the whole experience so much better.

We had Lisa as our server and she was super speedy with our service and so very kind to us. For fun, we literally counted how long it took to get our boxes and we got them in 29 seconds haha. We did because she was so fast with getting us refills for drinks and salad. Thanks Lisa! We will come again.

I found that the staff could've been more engaging/encouraging with the children, rather than simply counting down and saying Happy New Year, then all walking away, with no balloon drop for the 5 o'clock crowd. Other than that, our server Joelle, was EXTREMELY welcoming, pleasant, engaging with brief conversation, efficient, prompt and overall, just a sweetheart. 10/10! 😁
