  Honestly , the food wasn't great . It tasted like much of it was pre made ,frozen. The vinaigrette was weak . The pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauces were ok. It's the service where this place shined though . Our server was fantastic . Explained the dishes we were contemplating , timed everything accordingly ( salad , appy , main ) .Was very pleasant & professional. The place could use a bit of a re do. The decore looks dated . That's just my opinion .

  I had an outstanding experience at East Side Mario’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to Demir. His service was genuinely exceptional! He was attentive without ever being overbearing, friendly, and incredibly professional. He anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask and made the entire evening feel effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who takes this much pride in their work, and it really shows. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Demir, you’re in very good hands.

  The atmosphere was electric. The wait for service was slow. The food arrived late. The food was cold. We were five for supper. Chicken parmigiana, shrimp pasta, Italian wedding soup, three combo dish and lasagna. Upon sitting our waitress informed us that the baguets would be served with more than side dishes. Amazing! We were celebrating someone's birthday. Who would reserve a table for supper and not eat a proper meal? I am not impressed.

  I have been coming to this ESM location for over 25 years and I still enjoy coming. I brought a friend this evening for dinner with an elementary school aged boy. The front area was busy but the host (Haylie I think) was as friendly as she was organized and “sharp”. She sat us in a booth in a quieter part of the restaurant which was appreciated since the child we were with had a lot of energy. Our server Emily was great! Also super friendly, just the right amount of attention, seemed at ease and confident and had the composure the handle us (kidding but she was lovely). Location is clean and well kept. Food is fresh and cooked properly. Exactly what you hope for from ESM

  We had such a fantastic experience at East Side Mario's thanks to Aidan! From the moment we sat down, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He made us feel genuinely valued as guests and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Aidan was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without ever making us feel rushed. Our drinks were always topped up, our food arrived promptly, and everything was exactly as we ordered. His positive attitude and friendly personality truly elevated our dining experience. It’s clear Aidan takes pride in his work and cares about providing excellent service. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Aidan again! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
