Tanya was super attentive and made sure I was well taken care of. She underwood I was on a time limit and did not disappoint, everything I needed was quick and accurate. She was also one of the most pleasant servers I’ve ever met, big smile and great personality, I don’t frequent this location as it’s a little out of my way but Tanya will have me coming back for sure! Thank you Tanya!!!

I then had some chicken Parmesan delivered to me upon request. The service was speedy and acceptable. I rate the service at five out of five as Lisa was quick nice and gave me my water. In conclusion, the service was a 10 out of 10. My water service was a 10 out of 10 and I feel everything else that I didn’t cover was about a six out of seven overall my experience was delightful. I highly recommend Lisa as your waiter as she is.

She was friendly, patient, and incredibly attentive, even with our big group and the little ones. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us often, and created such a welcoming atmosphere. Her service truly made our meal enjoyable. Thank you, Desiree, for making our visit great, we really appreciated it!

The second I walked through the warm welcoming door I was greeted by an incredibly nice hostess who very nicely brought me to my table. The servis was fantastic! To my delight It was all you can eat garlic bread as well! The food was next level and I even got a lovely dessert to come with it. Not to mention but the food came extremely quickly and was delicious! I loved my experience at east side Mario’s and will be returning soon. I highly recommend this location as all the staff are so kind!

The food was fine, but the service was bad. The guy often forgot to bring things to the table (straws and takeout boxes), would go long times without coming back, we asked him if we could add takeout to our bill at the end and he never came back to take our order, and he just had an attitude like he did not want to be there. They also gave us the world's smallest piece of cheesecake - nothing like the picture on the menu! I only went for the bread, I don't think I will be back. My dining companion prefers this restaurant, perhaps she will go back but she will be going without me.
