  I had such a great experience at East Side Mario’s! We ordered a mix of dishes including pasta, gnocchi, and Caesar salad, and everything came out fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. The portions were generous, and you can’t go wrong with the classic Italian comfort food here. What truly made the experience stand out was our server, Demir. His service was honestly the best. He was very thoughtful, gave great recommendations, and remained professional throughout the entire meal. He also made sure to check in on us regularly without being intrusive, which made us feel really well taken care of. Overall, amazing food and even better service. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this location—especially if you get served by Demir!

  Lisa was an incredible server. We went to dinner with our 5yo and 13mo and she somehow knew to bring everything we needed before we even asked. She was on top of clearing everything and making sure we had as much room as possible. We’ve always had really great experiences at this location - 10/10 recommend!

  I had such a wonderful dinner here with my boyfriend and friends—it was truly a lovely experience from start to finish. Emma made the night absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and so genuinely warm. Despite how busy it was, she handled everything with ease and efficiency, making sure we were always taken care of without ever feeling rushed. Her service was flawless and really elevated the whole evening. Easily one of the best servers I’ve ever had!

  If I could give tonight zero stars I would. This place is not what it used to be. We are regulars and had been coming here weekly for years. We went tonight and the service was so bad and they have become so cheap now. They advertise unlimited soup salad and bread and brought us one loaf for a family of 5 after 1 hour of waiting !!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. When I asked for more they said it’s a new policy to bring one loaf at a time. What a joke. Then our server Joelle purposely disappeared She was so slow and lazy and not only did It Take her over an hour to acknowledge us and take our orders - we had to fight and argue to get her to come back or bring anything to our table. It was so bad we almost walked out. By far the worst experience we have had here In years.

  We visited East Side Mario’s on a Monday for the All‑You‑Can‑Eat Pasta night, and it was such a great experience for our family. The kids were happy from the moment we sat down, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, exactly what you want on a weeknight out. Our server, Matt, was fantastic. He was friendly, patient with the kids, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling rushed. Drinks stayed full, pasta bowls arrived hot and fast, and he made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. It’s rare to get service that feels both efficient and genuinely warm, but Matt nailed it. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the whole evening felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back, especially if we can sit in Matt’s section again. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, tasty night out.
