  It's dirty! I found hair in my burger! No one's cleaning the tables, they're greasy and dirty, the floors are covered in trash, there aren't enough people there to keep up with the cleaning. There was a puddle of some brown substance on the floor for over an hour, and no one cleaned it up. They just put up a sign saying "floor wet, be careful." If it's that dirty outside, I'm terrified to imagine what could be out there where customers can't see it. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend it.

  We come here with our kids to use the play area, but it looks like the garbage bins are never emptied. They are always overflowing, which makes the place messy and unpleasant.

  Why would I give you 5 stars for compensation ice cream? Do you seriously think staff standing around talking during their night shift instead of cleaning tables is worthy of more than a star? How about getting told to leave the establishment on another occasion by a high school staff member who accused me of having already finished my meal when I was down to the last few gulps of my drink literally about to leave? I had been enjoying my meal before being interrupted so rudely. Last I checked, there is no shutdown time to dine in!

  Went to the drive thru at 11 pm at night ordered food it was all cold, I Tryed ordering a milkshake and they said they aren’t serving them at this time, likely because they are to lazy to clean machine after. Crappy service going to be boycotting McDonald’s better off with Burger King across the street.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a shout-out to the manager at this McDonald’s — I believe his name is Macalen (I may have the spelling wrong). My daughter has volleyball practice on Friday nights, and we often stop here afterward. In the past, the service hasn’t always been the best — sometimes rude or just not very friendly. But the last few times we’ve come through, Macalen has been working the window and it completely changes the experience. He’s always smiling, always friendly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. Every time we see him, he makes us smile and makes the whole stop feel welcoming. That kind of positive customer service is honestly hard to find these days. McDonald’s should definitely recognize him for the great job he’s doing. People like him make a big difference. And Macalen — if I spelled your name wrong, please reply and I’ll happily fix it in the review. You deserve the recognition for being such a genuinely nice guy and providing great service!
