  Warning.... went to dinner and our server Susy S used a different scene card and took my points. A card number was already on our bill when she brought it to us to pay. I handed her my card to use and she just gave me a second copy of the bill. Shame on you Susy!! Not impressed and will be contacting Scene regarding this.

  Jennifer was amazing. She checked in at the right moments, kept everything moving smoothly, and made the whole meal feel relaxed. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a good time. Easily one of the best servers I’ve had in a long while. Would definitely come back because of her service.

  Put an order though Ubereats, the order was canceled by the restaurant. I called the store and they claimed Uber never sent the order to them. So, I called Uber and was told that they never accepted the order. I called Swiss Chalet to put a pick up order through, I went to pick it up and spoke with the manager which she was nice but all in all, no help at all. I could see the both sides of the restaurant weren't very busy and there were plenty of staff standing around and chatting. Unfortunately they still messed up my re-order and forgot to add the appetizer and both of the drinks (Side note: one of my meal's chicken was comedically small) I was told I could come get the app and drinks another day, but after this experience it might be a while till I go again

  if it wasn't for Jennifer that noticed my boyfriend and I waiting at the door to be seated when she did, I think we would have waited almost a full 20 minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. We went for dinner at around 8:30pm on Friday night and despite having to wait, Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. Jennifer took us to our table, made sure we were happy with the spot, gave us an appropriate amount of time to order but also was not pushy and didnt take too long. She checked on us a couple of times but not too often to interrupt. She had patience, was a great help and honestly just carried herself with a pleasant smile. It is so nice to have had the customer service she provided to us as it is hard to find these days. The food came quick and fresh and there were plenty of extra napkins which is not a huge deal but goes a long way! Lol! Thanks Jen for such a lovely visit! Hope to see you again soon.

  We had a pleasant supper at Swiss Chalet Georgetown and better than any of their yumptious desserts was the service we received from Brianna. We mentioned at the end of our meal that we'd received the meal warm: nor with any hidden agenda but we love Swiss Chalet and shared our comment with a view to them keeping their edge. Brianna apologized for her team and explained how what we'd experienced could happen. We appreciated that she'd heard our comment and was taking it back to her team. However the cherry on the cake came when she discounted our bill for the experience we'd had. I thought this was a dying trend in what had once been prevalent in our culture!!!!! A small but telling gesture from a young lady who valued customer service, sees her role as more than a job and to whom service means listening, acknowledging and rectifying....thank you Brianna for restoring my faith in what we stand for!
