- BBBenjamin1 day ago3.0Ordered takeout from here last night. I have to say, usually when ordering Swiss chalet i dine in, but decided to order take out as my family and i had a rather busy day. My parents both ordered quarter chickens white meat, and I had a half chicken white meat with the additional honey garlic glaze. The chicken was decent, nice and juicy, however they were very skimpy on the fries… probably about half the amount you’d receive from dine-in. All three of our dinner rolls were also rock hard, to the point where we couldn’t even cut them in half to butter them, they went in the garbage unfortunately. Lastly, with the combo meal my parents selected, they chose two drinks, zero sugar cranberry 7up (yummy). However we recieved full sugar regular 7 up instead, with no notification from the restaurant they were out of the drink we selected. Overall, the food was decent, but definitely dine-in if possible, as the food is leagues better

From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Our orders were spot-on, drinks were refilled without us having to ask, and the service was quick without ever feeling rushed. Jennifer truly made our meal more enjoyable with her great attitude and excellent customer service. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by her again!
