  My wife and I stopped by Swiss Chalet in Georgetown for a cozy winter date night and it was exactly what we were hoping for. We shared an order of perogies to start and then each ordered a side instead of full meals. She had the mac and cheese and I had the poutine. It was the perfect amount of comfort food. Everything was warm, filling, and really hit the spot on a cold evening. The service truly stood out. Jennifer was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She also made sure to remind us about the rewards programs Swiss Chalet partners with, including CAA and Scene. That was a thoughtful touch and easy to forget if you are not thinking about it. Great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

  Susy is hands down my favourite waitress! She handled our entire group all by herself. She was efficient, organized, and made sure everyone had everything they needed. You can tell she’s truly great at what she does. Thank you, Susy, for always giving such amazing service!!!

  Our server Susy was absolutely incredible! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. Her energy was warm, positive, and professional, and she handled everything with total confidence and grace. She knew the menu inside and out, gave fantastic recommendations, and checked in at all the right times without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly timed, and she made the entire experience feel effortless. What really stood out was her attitude — she clearly loves what she does, and it shows. Susy turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a treat! We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll absolutely be asking for Susy again!

  We usually stop in here with the family when we’re out doing our weekly shopping, and it’s become one of our regular spots. It’s honestly one of the cleanest Swiss Chalets we’ve been to, and the atmosphere is always relaxed and family-friendly, which we really appreciate. The fact that we keep coming back probably says it best. On our last visit, we were served by Jennifer, who we hadn’t met before. She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was just right without being over the top. All of the staff here have been great to us, but we really appreciated the way she looked after our table. Thanks again
