The afternoon shift is like being in the Twilight Zone. It begins at the drive-thru speaker. Every single time I have to repeat myself multiple times and correct what shows up on the screen. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And then in spite of all that effort, the order is still wrong when I receive it. The afternoon staff can also be quite rude and very indifferent. The lack of customer service between the morning shift and the afternoon shift is mind-boggling. I know this McDonald's can do better.
