Ordered one medium coffee and asked them for peel tickets for Monopoly game to which the guy in the front denied. He said its no longer in stock as it ended although app says its still there till Dec 1, 2025 and ironically they had the posters over there for Monopoly game. I know staff keeps the peel stickers cut out for themselves and do not give it to customers by stating the same reason. He was so confident on this when I knew how it happens. Because I was able to get cutouts in other location. But when a veggies burger was asked, a ham was given to us for which we stated that we are purely vegetarian. The burger had stickers on it surprisingly. Ridiculous experience. Never coming back.

Yesterday, I was at this McDonald’s while my friend was ordering, and Monpreet a short, bigger manager decided to come at me out of nowhere with the most disrespectful and condescending attitude I’ve ever seen in fast food. She was rude for absolutely no reason, talking to me like I was beneath her and trying to start an argument over nothing. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. Let’s be real if this is how she treats customers, she shouldn’t be a manager, or even working in customer service at all. She clearly doesn’t know how to talk to people or handle a situation properly. Someone like that has no business being in charge of anything. She needs to be dealt with immediately because her attitude is disgusting. McDonald’s seriously needs to rethink who they hire because if this is what passes for management here, it’s honestly pathetic. Learn how to hire people who actually know how to treat customers with basic respect.

The employee spoke with such a rude, hostile tone and even told the girl to “get out,” despite the fact that she was the one who started the aggression for no reason at all. Before that, I noticed her being disrespectful toward a group of students from the nearby school — completely uncalled for. It was uncomfortable to watch and totally unprofessional. If this is how customers are treated here, management really needs to step in and do something about it.
