  Absolutely fantastic experience at Kelsey’s from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the restaurant was clean, and the food exceeded expectations in both quality and portion size. Our waiter, Brian, truly made the night exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and checking in at just the right times. Drinks arrived quickly, food was hot and perfectly prepared, and service never felt rushed. Brian’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out and made us feel valued as guests. I would highly recommend Kelsey’s and will definitely be returning soon with family and friends again.

  Went to Kelsey’s in between hockey games to kill some time and get a bite. We usually enjoy Kelsey’s but unfortunately today was not enjoyable at all. If there was a 0 star option I would have given that. The BBQ chicken club was inedible, the bun was an absolute rock and with one bit thought I was losing a tooth. It was like the bun was toasted last week and left on counter until today. They did offer a replacement meal but at that point everyone was eating their food and by the looks of most of it decided to leave hungry. The pita chips and dip was also terrible, same issue with the pita chips, absolute stale rocks but the teenagers picked at it anyways leaving most of pita chips and using fries to dip in. The chicken parm was also way overcooked and looked like it was cooked in oil that hadn’t been changed in ages but the teen ate it anyways. The salad lettuce was very suspect also. Within 45 mins of leaving 3 of the 4 teens are now strapped to a toilet not feeling well. Overall terrible experience for food and waste of time and $. Waitress was nice and it’s too bad she had to deal with the kitchens lack of care sending out bad food. We will still visit our local Kelsey’s as we never have issues there but will not be visiting this location ever again. Thanks

  The nachos are a rip off. Don't get it with the beef for the additional $4.99. The saying where's the beef is the slogan for these. Next to no cheese and 5 jalepenos total. Lettuce on and tonnes of tomatoes. Need to learn how to make proper nachos especially the price you charge. Very poorly done. The chicken tenders I ordered were so small and way over priced. Used to love it here before. Not sure what happened.

  We came in with a big group of 51 people from a hockey team and had an awesome experience. The service was great—friendly, organized, and on top of things the whole time. The food was really good, and everything came out smoothly despite our large group. The manager checked in often to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for big groups.

  We came in about a week ago 4 people. There was only 1 server on the bar side of the place. It was full. I felt sorry for the server being by himself during the rush. We just got up and left and a couple other tables on the bar and dining side did the same. Whoever is managing this place should be fired. Absolutely not the servers fault they did their best. This is simply poor management. We will not be back. Kelsey’s Milton from now on
