Clearly will attach a picture, I did not ask for tomatoes (allergic) who ever prepared my order put not just 1 but 2 slices of tomatoes. On top of it the burger is dripping it was prepped so bad. I am a sandwich artist so I know when one does a bad job. Clearly did not ask for hot sauce, yet the burger is so spicy i could not eat it. I was really craving a nice Harvey meal but the server just ruined it. Im so upset. If you don’t like preparing meals for people just don’t work there then. You shouldn’t be spoiling food for others. I paid $20 which is now wasted.

All she has to offer is attitude and this is not her first rodeo in the past 5 months I’ve been here. Enough is enough. Everything else about this location was great but she spoils the whole experience. Please do something about it.

- JGJoan GardhouseOct 23, 20254.0Harvey’s and/or Swiss Chalet Georgetown is one of our favourite and most frequented places to eat. The staff are pleasant, respectful and attentive to our requests. I only wish it was larger with bathrooms located in a better position. Kind of like in Orangeville or Highway 10 just south of Mayfield. The bathrooms are inbetween Harvey’s and Swiss Chalet. We do enjoy ordering on the app and picking up in Harvey’s. The only disappointment is not being able to order the House Dressing for a salad. There is no selection for the House Dressing in the app. It would be more convenient and time effective to be able to order ahead rather than coming in to order take out and having to wait.
