The food is consistently good quality, the ice cream selection is great and the staff at this location are friendly and a joy to converse with. I'm especially fond of the mushroom swiss burger served here—none of the other DQs I've visited have made it as nicely as they do here in Georgetown! Please consider giving it a try some time.

The behaviour displayed by one of the older female staff members was completely unacceptable and inappropriate. It is concerning that multiple complaints have reportedly been made about the same employee, yet no apparent action has been taken. This raises serious concerns about how customer issues are being handled and whether customer concerns is truly a priority for this owner. If this matter is not addressed promptly and appropriately, I will be escalating my complaint to Dairy Queen’s corporate office, as this level of conduct is unacceptable for any staff member representing the franchise and its been weeks and I have yet to get any response from the owner of this location.
