Her colleague asked her a question, and she proceeded to say “ i can’t understand you” and walk away from him infront of patrons. The colleague had a slight accent, that every patron in the store had no trouble understanding. He served everyone politely and quickly. Her attitude was rude with clear racist undertones. Very disappointing to see.

Waited over 30 minutes tonight for 2 blizzards when I was the only one in the store besides the workers!!!
- JLJustin LefebvreSep 26, 20251.0More of a nugget then a strip if you ask me And I asked for cookie dough in my Reece blizzard even paid extra just for them to put fudge in my blizzard I then asked if they could add cookie dough and the lady refused and said she never messes up blizzards and thought I was lying. The service is quite unfortunate I am also sad to see that the workers scream at young innocent kids for asking for the smallest things. Learn to respect people!!! And when elder people come in the workers act all nice and innocent to not seem rude. Lots of hollering coming from these workers if you have nothing nice to say then don’t say it please and thank you.
