He was very apologetic for the wait. I let him know not to worry, that he did a great job!! All our subs were made correctly and were delicious!!!!

My sub was made on white bread and not toasted at all. I also paid for extra crispy onions and bourbon sauce but got no crispy onions and a dry sub. If you're looking for a good sub then please choose a different subway location.
- ZGZack GJun 23, 20251.0Went in on June 19th at 10:45 PM to get a meatball sub. Was told it was closing as he was training a new hire. The same blond hair employee today told me at 10:15 PM that he was closing because he had exams tomorrow. I drove to Lasalle Sudway to get a sandwich.

And then be told refund will take up to 5 days, another place where customer service has gone out the window.
