Poor management and staff.... I was told I would get refunded within 48hours for an online order I cancelled and never did. When I called to follow up, I was told they would speak with management and call me back. I never got a response and ended up calling 5 times over 2 months with the same response. Today I called again and was told that I would not be refunded and that 'no staff member told me I would get a refund'. Its quite unprofessional to insinuate that your customer is lying and not hold your staff accountable. Poorly operated location

Ordered on the app. Said was ready at 4:30 went to pick it up and wasn’t even started yet. Took another 30 min to get my food. Shouldn’t take an hour from ordering to finnally get it. Asked if they were busy they said no. Didn’t get an apology or nothing. Clearly said it was done in the app to make their times look good. But still shouldn’t take an hour. Have gone to spots in Kingston during rush hour and still got it in 20 min. Didn’t have much of anything out for supper and barely any bread made. Clearly a poorly run store. Don’t risk coming here on break for a quick bite.
