  Lol I usually don't do this but I couldn't help myself but laugh at this...usually they forget the condiments all together, this time I got condiments....but I got sugar instead of salt lol....pretty sure you guys gotta slow down and look at what your doin lol. Stay safe.

  They served me chicken nuggets that were not fresh and obviously had been sitting under the heat lamp for a very long time. I live 1.5 hours away so was on my way home so couldn’t turn back to complain to the manager. Very disappointing

  Okay. So we ordered a mcvegiie and buffalo poutine with crispy chicken through drive thru. We payed for the order and they made us pull over the car to the reserved spot. I get that mcveggie takes time and its okay because we have got the same order many times and we always wait for like 5-7 minutes. But what happened this time was totally unacceptable and highly unprofessional. They kept us waiting for like 20-25 minutes amd we thought maybe they messed up our order so we went back on the window. We talked to like 3-4 different people there and they told we that they don’t have our order 😕. Then we talked to the team lead UNIS who asked us if we payed or not and if we have a receipt for the proof. I was so shocked at the moment and the person who took our payment like 30 minutes ago was standing literally behind her and laughing. Then she made us pull again to a reserved spot and in 10 minutes gave us our order. Guess what they gave me regular poutine instead of what i ordered. But I am fine with that. However, the worst and most unsatisfactory part was no one apologized for wasting our time and messing up our order like not a single person. I get that sometimes things happen. But that doesn’t mean that we need to be rude and unapologetic with the customers. Also, this did not happen for the first time.

  Yayyyy they made my fries fresh!! They were hot and delicious 😋 very nice staff asked kindly to move up while I wait for my fries 🍟. Plenty of parking. We went thru dive thru. Food was quick and hot! .
